Budgie/Parakeet, should we bring it inside?
We have an outdoor aviary that used to have about 8 Budgies in total in it, unfortunately over the years all of them but one has passed away. Now, my parents have decided that we're not going to get any more and the poor thing is sitting there alone. We're considering bringing it inside so it's not just sitting there talking to itself all day, but then it'd have to be transferred into a small cage after living it's whole life in an aviary.. And I'm not sure whether that's cruel or not..
Both situations aren't really ideal, I would rather get it a friend and leave it outside.. But my parents aren't budging (excuse the pun). Any advice is appreciated. Thanks. 
If you had a flight cage like this http://i143.photobucket.com/albums/r145/kazzart/more%20same/cage1-1.jpg which is two feet or 60cms wide by a foot and a half deep and tall ( 45 cms deep, 45 cms tall ) then it would be fine to bring it inside in a cage like that. Anything smaller and it may as well stay outside.
I would do the bigger cage and bring it in, having had expereince will all my budgies in aviary and those size cages on a rotational basis.
