Starters
Venusaur: tackle,growl,razor leaf and vine whip
Charizard: flamethrower, fire spin, heat wave, flare blitz
Blastoise: skull bash, bite, rain dance, hydro pump
Torterra: leech seed, energy ball, mega drain, razor leaf
Inferape: flame wheel, overheat, focus punch, close combat
Empoleon: whirlpool, mist, drill peck, and hydro pump
So let me hear your changes and pick on the best one and i want to make there weaknesses their strengths if u can help me with that
Venusar needs a Sludge Bomb.
Charizard doesn't need four fire moves. Add a flying move and a dragon move and keep Flamethrower.
Blastoise doesn't need Bite. Replace Hydro Pump with Surf and add Earthquake.
Typhlosion can replace eruption with a non-fire attack.
Feraligatr shouldn't have scratch.. Replace water gun with Surf and scratch with superpower or slash.
Swampert needs surf.
Torterra has a bad special attack. Use Wood Hammer as a physical grass move and get rid of Energy Ball and Mega Drain. Add earthquake.
Infernape does not need Flame Wheel and Overheat. Add flamethrower and brick break. Get rid of focus punch.
Empoleon needs Surf. No whirlpool. No mist. Add flash cannon.
