There is no one look to a Lil Bo Peep costume, as with most things in life there is plenty of variety to suit any young girl or woman who wants to dress as the sweet shepherdess. From toddler outfits to a sweet and sassy and dare I say sexy adult Bo Peep costume; below I have outlined just a few of the options you can choose from.
The toddler look can vary from pink to blue and they now have the Bo Peep from the Toy Story movie too. Each costume has a varying look, but most still come with the cute bonnet, a dress or skirt, and the necessary Shepherd's staff. After all what good would you be without a staff in order to herd the sheep? I have two favorite Bo Peep costumes, the first has a glossy shepherd's dress with a light pink lace up bodice that is attached to a white short puffy sleeved shirt. The shirt is attached to a pink and white tiered skirt and it has adorable bloomers with pink ruffle accents and a bonnet.
My second favorite comes in blue and has a traditional bonnet with white ruffles. The dress is adorable with a skirt that features some lines from the classic fairy tale and it even comes with a sheep bag/purse. It also has white bloomers and comes with the staff and your toddler will definitely look the part in this outfit.
For adults who want to dress to impress, the sheep anyway, my favorite adult costume also comes in blue. It has a peasant style lace up halter dress that features a sheep applique. This is a very cute costume if you aren't afraid to wear a short skirt; if you have a party to attend this costume will definitely be a hit!
The Toy Story Bo Peep costume is quite a bit different from the others, so if your child is a fan of that movie, this costume closely resembles that of Ms. Bo Peep. It has a long polka dotted skirt, a bonnet that matches the bodice of the dress in a shiny light pink material and some very cute blue bloomers. The bonnet and staff are included and if you have a Woody fan in the family it can make for a very cute theme.
The Lil Bo Peep costume is a very cute and unique costume to choose for Halloween. Even with the Toy Story movie, you probably won't find many of these around the neighborhood, so if you like to dress differently than everyone else and have a stand out costume, this is a great choice. My favorite options outlined above are definitely the cutest choices I have seen out there, from toddler to adult sizes, you shouldn't have any trouble finding something you like.
