Suggestions on best perches and toys?

What are some good products to use? What are the best liners, perches or toys? And how many perches and toys? Thanks for all the help!
P.S. Is Harrisons bird food healthy? If so, should I start my bird on high potency Harrison's bird food for the first month or so?
The best perches are the ones that come from a real tree that is outside. Find a dead tree, and break some of its branches off so that you can customize the perches to what you want. Your budgie will love you for this!!!
I use Harrisons multi-fruit seeds for my 17 parakeets...( aka: budgies). My suggestion would use whatever you want, to feed your budgie.
For toys, get it some bells, mirrors, the ring swing and whatever else they have at the store.
