The second one you provided the link to looks like your basic tried but true bird cage.
The vision cages are quite attractive, and it's nice that they designed the plastic area at the bottom as a guard to cut down on seed hull's popping through the cage bars, but when I saw one of these at my local goodwill I noticed that the design does not have a removable tray!
So, if you're used to keeping birds I'm sure you'll know that if there is not a removable tray, that considerably ups the work involved in the regular cleaning of such a cage. The website says that you "simply detach and empty the base" but I can imagine it would be a little awkward at first to figure out how to remove the base without the bird escaping. Then again, in traditional drawer cages a lot of seed hulls, feathers, and other birdy waste accumulates on the sides of the drawer so this is a matter of preference. With the vision cage you would be cleaning that waste regularly so that could be a pro.
In conclusion, it's a matter of preference.
