My grandparents have a Janome 11000 sewing machine they are trying to put images from a CD disk (on computer) to a Jamone 11000 memory craft. Basically trying to get the images from the CD to the sewing machine to put on fabric. We have the USB cable cord and have the key in (dont really know what that is) We just cant get it to work any help would be appreciated. Have you tried the Janome site? They have a section on software lessons that may be helpful.
If you still can not get it to work right, you may want to call the place where it was purchased from and see if they can help you. If it is not possible to do so, then perhaps another local dealer for Janome will help.
