No this is NOT suitable at all. Indian rednecks may be the same size as cockatiels, but they have larger wingspans and longer tail and flight feathers. Over all, it's a bigger bird. A cage should be at least 20x20x30. It shouldn't be round either because round isn't ideal for climbing and it doesn't make a bird feel safe. The cage should be around $300 if you get a good one. This is going to be your parrots home for the next long while so shouldn't you get a good cage?
