Where to get a heavy hula hoop?

I have to order online and walmart doesn't have any good ones, toys'r'us is all out, I can't find any on target. I was just going to get a cheap, lightweight hula hoop and fill it up with water, but if anyone has any suggestions on where to buy either a heavy hoop, or a lightweight one, for under $20 it would be greatly appreciated!
And could I get a link. Im terrible with searching, and narrowing the results and things! haha!
