Not looking for a cheap bird but?
I have to be realistic about the size and level of care and money years down the road. The larger parrots will require more money to properly care for in food, cages, toys so as much as I want one it isn't gonna happen. I was thinking of a cockatiel, peach front conure or some other smaller bird that I can easily provide the best for for years. HELP! Tell me about the smaller birds and tell me about the better cages that are the easiest to clean.
I think a cockatiel is your best bet! I have two and they are amazing. They are not TOO much work, not too loud, and will play by them selves (even tho they do need a lot of attention) They will bond to you and sing you songs lol.
