
Want to gain some muscle...?
alrighty.. im fairly small. 5' 11'' and 122 lbs. i want to gain muscle. but first i need to gain weight. and its practically impossible for me. i have a super high metabolism and i eat like a bird... i cant put down the food. my girlfriend eats more then me... so can anyone help me? tips on how to eat more/train my body to take more food? tips on what foods to eat while im trying to gain weight? tips after ive gained the weight to turn it into muscle? anything helps. thankss!!
You don't gain weight and then magically turn it into muscle. If you want to gain lean mass, weight lifting is probably the best way to go about it. For diet, eat more (try to stick to healthy foods though), especially with lots of protein.
