o A fluffy appearance-parrots enjoy fluffing their feathers up and down, especially during and after a bath, but if he does it for long periods of time during the day it may be a sign that he is trying to maintain the high body temperature all birds have in order to fight off illness. Fluffing may also be a sign that the bird is too cold, in which case you should adjust the temperature in the room he is kept in.
o Lack of appetite-parrots like to nibble at their food for what seems like the majority of the day. If your pet is uninterested in his favorite foods or treats or is avoiding his food bowl, he is probably not feeling well.
