Right, I am going to buy two chinchillas of a breeder - they are handled from birth so should be more docile. Aside from what you already have, you need an exercise wheel. Disc type wheels are commonly used for chins, but you can use an ordinary vertical one as well. Just make sure there are NO spaces in the running surface, otherwise the chinchillas run the risk of having their feet caught in the wheel.
You also need the actual food in pellets, made for chinchillas.
As well, it is a good idea to have a second nest box. Hiding places are very important, and it is best to allow each animal to have their own space. Otherwise they would be cramped together.
I'm sure you already know this, but unless you are planning on neutering the male, you cannot mix sexes.
