Just a regular top, I would go with this one.

If the bird is above your eye level then it will get "bossy"
If it where me I wouldn't spend $100-$200 more on a playtop cage that I know I would never use. It makes the bird "bossy" when higher. I would rather spend the money on a playstand.

Easy to move around. When your cooking, watching a moving, taking a shower, on the computer.. etc This is another one from Avian Adventures, also my favorite.
There are a lot of people that use cages with a playtop. Not all birds will get "bossy" but most do, in my opinion, its just not a good idea.
