Because of this there is a wide variety of chew toys on the market that are made with pieces of fruits, nuts and see; made to add nutrition to their diet. Other chew toys are made from wood and leather.
The last type of pet bird toys to keep in mind, are puzzle or intelligent toys. These toys are a great way to provide mental stimulation. Some owners have found these puzzle toys to be a success with dealing with a would-be escape artist, whose intent is to find a way out of his cage. The more intelligent the bird, the more they would benefit from a puzzle toy.
