How much more do repairs/parts cost for a 15 or 20 year old Range Rover compared to a Suburban of same age?
I'm thinking about buying a used one in the next few weeks.
Ok since the range rover is rarer and importated parts are going to be hard as hell to find and very expensive. Repairing it depends on what it is. Its really the parts that are a pain.
The suburban is a very popular suv, that means junk yards are full of them, also they share parts with other gm vehicles so you can mix em up. That means that parts will be easier to find and cheaper.
Gerneral rule the more popular a vehicle is the easier/cheaper the parts are to find, plus since so many of them are out their theres more repair/aftermarket support for them.
