What is the best placement for my bird's perches in her cage?
She is a cockatiel. I'm curious how to arrange her perches/ food cup and toys so she is most comfortable. Are there any guildlines I should know about? She does not fly in her cage, so her cage is more vertical than horizontal.
for me, i like to place perches not close to the cage. this way they don't ruin their feathers but are still able to perch comfortably.
basically, place the perches horizontal, meaning going with the cage and not against it.
sounds like your cage is tall?
just make sure the perches aren't placed over the bowls, makes for a difficult clean up :/
