what would make a bird, sit outside a plate glass window & continuesly look in. its been back 3 days so far.?
My job has several large plate glass windows. For three days now a bird (robin) has been coming in every morning between 7 & 8 hanging out a the same window each day. jumping up about 2 ft looking in the window. It leaves about 4 each day only to return again the next day. It is more dependable than the employees. There is nothing in the lobby that i can see it would be intrested in. We have a brown brick floor flat green wall paper, a 2 leather & 4 leather chairs. 2 end tables with a plain brown wood lamp on each. There is nothing on the tables. We have scared it away several times, when people enter the bird will fly away only to return within minutes. The bird isent bothering us, just curious as to what it could possibly want. Surley there are bird things is could & should be doing 
The bird could not care less about you or the people and things in your office..it is seeing it's own reflection. Birds get very territorial during the spring months and will fight any rivals that come into their territory..this bird thinks his reflection is another bird and tries to attack it. Many birds will also fly into large windows thinking the reflection of the sky is an extension of it and will break their neck. You need to make your windows less reflective...are there shades or curtains that can be drawn so the bird cannot see itself as well. You might want to invest in special decals that will deter birds as it will let them know there is a barrier there:
