The problem is this deck seems rather random. I'd advise you look up 'Debris-Hime', which is probably the best plant deck at the moment, and try and make something closer to that. As a start, you want another Dandylion, 2-3 Debris Dragon, Spore, and some way to send cards to your Graveyard other than getting them destroyed.
As for Blackwings, add Book of Moon anyway, which can stop Synchros or Bora/Gale Special Summons, and maybe find some anti-Dark cards and add them to the side deck for Blackwing matches.
