What does this mean? Is my budgie sick?
I sort of have two questions. I've had a 2 month old budgie for 3 days. I hand tamed him myself. He won't eat or drink. I've tried putting vegetables and fruits in his cage but he won't touch them. Theres also seed and water but he won't touch those either. he ate ALL of his millet. I took him out and he was eating millet off a towel i had on my bed but i tried to get him to eat from his feeder but he won't. He'll eat seed out of a water bottle cap though. Also he won't drink.
What can i do to make him eat and drink?
Also, his poo is like green. Does this have something to do with him not eating or is he sick?

oops, i made a mistake. he wasnt eating millet off a towel, he was eating seed. he ate seed off a towel and out of a water bottle cap

i didnt have the cap inside with him, i had him out on my bed and i was just trying to get him to eat
His poo is fine and so is he. If this has been going on for a few days he would have died without water. And he's spoiled. Take the cap out. Put the seed in the seed cup (I'm assuming he can climb and fly to get to the cup) or else in a small bowl (like a seed cup for a gerbil) something that size that is low enough for him to get to and heavy enough he can't turn it over. I have a variety of breeds of birds here from finches, canaries up to cockatiels and none of them eat from the seed cup they all eat on the bottom of the cage with their own bowls.
