They are called rope twisters or spiral rope perches.They are bascically rope perches twisted into a spiral.You can hang them on the ceiling of the cage
i have one for my african grey, he loves it.. likes to climb it, shake it about and wrestle with it.
should be ok for a conure too but just make sure you cut off any frayed edges as they appear or conure could get feet entangled.
