I think I may be addicted to buying bird toys. I change and move the toys around every week.
I have three toys per cage. To many toys can stress the bird out.
I try not to put more then three toys in the cage.
I use natural wood since straight and smooth perches will make the birds feet sore..
I have two natural wood perches for my Cockatiel. Long and thick, short and thin.
One rope swing for something soft.
A thick rough perch for something hard. Not sand perch! sand perches make there feet dry and do little to trim the nails.
Total of 3 perches
I still need to buy more stuff for my Budgie.
I have two natural(short) perches. I want to buy a longer perch but I cant find it.
Total of 2 perches, used to have 3 but the perch was to thick so he pooped on it.
