Dodrio, i have to admit is a great pokemon. It has great attack and also Great speed, but it cant take hits for it's life. Also, you already have charizard as your flying type so why not add something like an Exeggutor? you dont have a grass nor a phycic type.
Charizard is a great pokemon. No question about it. But do not make the mistake of adding some crappy move like fire spin to it. instead, how about some dragon move like dragon claw. and if you do follow my advice above, then switch ariel ace with fly. More powerful.
Gyardos is good too but ice beam is better than blizzard. It has less power but more pp and accuracy. But thats your choice.
Clefable, good but clefable has higher spec. attack... Keep that in mind.
Joeltoen, again, good but not toxic. Something with diversity, but thats your choice. Jolteon looks preety solid to me.
Phydon, PERFECT. Thts like the best moveset i have seen for a rhydon. No joke....
