They always scratch them with their strong beaks. I don't know If I should either buy new perches or leave them alone. By the way they stand and sit on their nest. (Which is a box.) And also, is a cardboard box strong enough to hold two cockatiels?

My cockatiels have a bunch of chew toys, but broke most of them. I didn't know cockatiels had such strong beaks!
Chewing is good and healthy. Them breaking their perches is normal and strong beaks are good. ^^ Buy them some new perches. I advise buying some that aren't of the same size (like wooden dowel perches) buy perches with a variety of sizes, textures and shapes and rotate them around. Variety is a good thing. Avoid cement perches. Cement sucks the moisture out of birds feed and it hard, creating sores. Best ones are rope perches: They're poseable (get one bigger than your cage and bend it back on itself in weird positions, birds love it,) they're chewable and entertaining but still durable and will last a LONG while. Still buy other perches as well. And buy new toys. Toys should be rotated often, per week at the very least, to give your birds mental stimulus. Chewable stuff is good. Lots of variety, especially in perches and toys is good. ^^
