My parrot only likes sunflower seeds and peanuts?
My Meyer Parrot is a least 8 years old i am guessing....really unsure of her age, the people who sold her to pet store lied to them about her age. Anyway she has been eating seed most of her life i am guessing and i want her to eat fruits, veggies, and other healthy things. Shes not really into the vegetables...Anyway i noticed all she eats out of her seed mix mostly is peanuts and sunflower seeds.
Would these other two foods be a good idea to try? The fruity looking one i can get in town, the other would have to be ordered.
Any tips on switching her to a better diet?

by all means, try the fruity one.
Also, offer her fruits and veggies about 1/2 hour before dinner time, you'll have to keep at it for a while. And make sure she sees you enjoying the fruits and veggies. Do not offer her sunflower seeds or peanuts on a regular basis, make them a once a week snack.
